Hi, my names is Wesley Stephens I am a licensed Massage Therapist in the greater Charleston area of South Carolina. I have been a full-time licensed Massage Therapist since April 2016 after graduating from South Eastern Institute.
After being injured in an accident, I found myself having to learn the ins and outs of physical therapy to regain my strength and flexibility. From the injury and my physical therapy, sprouted a desire to help myself and others manage pain and regain the strength necessary to live a healthy and happy life. Massage Therapy gave me the tools and awareness of how the body functions, which has allowed me to turn that knowledge into the power to help others as well as myself. It's so very important to understand the differences and benefits of each type of massage. Combining these different techniques makes for a relaxing, yet effective massage in relieving tight muscles from every day use or injuries from overuse.
My services include but are not limited to: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy.
I am a firm believer in living a holistic lifestyle. Combining Massage Therapy with eating clean, staying hydrated, and exercising often can lead anyone to a well rounded and happy existence.
